Morgan qualified as a physiotherapist in 2009 and went on to work in the NHS in North Yorkshire. His interest in sports injury and rehabilitation and especially cycling biomechanics lead him to a move to London, training and working with Cyclefit, a leading bike fitting company. As part of his role he was a consultant physiotherapist at UCI World Tour professional cycling team Radioshack-Leopard Trek, Trek Factory Racing and UCI Women’s team Matrix Pro Cycling where he lead pre-season injury screening and assessment to help optimise riders’ performance.
Morgan is a soignuer to the Great Britain Cycling Team and One Pro Cycling Team.
Morgan specialises in cycling and triathlon injury and prevention, working with athletes of all ages and abilities, but coming from a rugby and snow-sports background, has a keen interest and experience of most sports and sports injuries.
Morgan is a keen cyclist himself, riding most days and regularly taking part in road cycling events, occasionally hitting the trails on his mountain bike too.
